Airest (AS Airest) is a Estonian airline that started in January 2002, operating regular cargo flights and passenger charter flights on the Tallinn - Helsinki route, since 2002 for UPS as the only UPS link with Estonia. Airest is a private freight company linked to commercial air transport of goods in accordance with EU-OPS Part 1. Its headquarters in Tallinn, Airest provides services for cargo allies in northern Europe.

At the beginning of 2012 the Estonian Civil Aviation Administration (ECAA) awarded a new air operations certificate to Airest Inc. At the end of 2012 Airest revealed a new company design, website and newsletter.

On July 11, 2013, AIREST was certified by the ECAA as an EASA Maintenance Center Part 145. The AIREST maintenance organization focuses on online maintenance work from SAAB 340 to 800FH (included). Online maintenance work in Tallinn began operations on August 1, 2013. In November 2014, Airest opened its fourth online maintenance base in Budapest.

In September 2014 Airest signed an agreement to acquire a fifth SAAB 340A to its fleet. After being registered as ES-LSE and receiving the name "Echo", it will carry out flights in Hungary and Romania.

On September 15, 2014 Airest was flying to 14 destinations with four online maintenance bases. Airest aircraft are flying today to Arad, Baden-Baden, Billund, Budapest, Cluj-Napoca, Gothenburg, Helsinki, Jönköping, Malmö, Stavanger, Stockholm, Tampere, Tallinn and Turku.
