The Gevora Hotel, formerly known as Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower, is a skyscraper located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is also the 11th tallest building in Dubai among the 100 tallest buildings in the world. Construction began in 2005 and was stopped in November 2006, because the developer dismissed the main contractor (Al Fara'a Contractors). The construction was resumed with Naresco Contracting Co. as the main contractor. The tower rises to 358 meters and has 75 floors, all of them for hotel use. The construction of the building started in 2005 with Al Attar Properties as developer. During the construction phase, the building was known as Ahmed Abdul Rahim Al Attar Tower after the chairman of the development firm.

Al Attar Properties has been marketing and selling several projects in Dubai in the past decade, yet has not been able to end, or in most cases start projects. Some of their development projects such as the Toronto Tower and the Vancouver Tower have been canceled by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA). The company has been subjected to numerous lawsuits by disgruntled dissenters.

"Gevora Hotel" is at the 28th Position in this list.
