Final Cut Pro X is Apple's non-linear video editing software.

On June 20, 2011, Apple released a new version of Final Cut Pro, named Final Cut Pro X. Final Cut Pro is a 64-bit application that supports Grand Central Dispatch and OpenCL to use all available power, starting with version 10.3, you can edit movies with 4K resolution and 5K resolution, quickly imports and automatically analyzes defects in video and audio. It also has a 'magnetic timeline' that allows you to develop your story line without having to save it to other clips on the timeline. It can be downloaded from the Mac App Store after June 21, 2011 at $299.99, and the Motion 5 & Compressor is also available now for $49.99.

This software for Mac OS X makes editing much faster and more reliable than before. The Magnetic Timeline enables a very flexible canvas that lets you focus on the history story for which the video is being taken. The new generation Multicam gives you unparalleled control over the editing of multi-camera projects. Powerful media management tools include rank-based keywords, and Content Auto-Analysis allows you to quickly label and filter your documents. Processing performance with the option of dual GPU activation, with a 64-bit "engine" and fast backdrop up to 4K resolution, and more tempt professionals to turn their eyes on Final Cut Pro X.
