Hervin Alex, as we know from Hervin a.k.a Alien, is a rapper from India. Born in Kerala, Hervin was brought up and educated in Bangalore. Hervin started rapping from the age of 15. Hervin is an independent rapper artist and also the founder of a rap crew in Bangalore, his group name is Hip Hop Hooligan. There is a human emotion in his rap, which is depicted in a systematic way. Something that is trustworthy for humans encourages him to rap.

He has 2 mixtape’s dropped under his name "HAIL" and "DETAINED" and got 17 song’s dropped till Date. In 2014 he made it to the top 10 rappers list in India. In 2015 he was placed on the list of "5 young Indian rappers you should know". In 2016, Hervin was interviewed by AskMen of the Deccan Herald, and was featured in News 9. In 2018 "Monday Morning" was dropped and it attracted the attention of a large number of people with his instantly appealing and memorable chorus, continuously stream and obviously the lyrics. He was also featured on THE SUB GENRES OF HIP-HOP: OVERSEAS INDIA.

His varied flow, raw voice sound, straight forward and ingenuous lyrics and lovely chorus make his music more engaging. The young rapper made a huge mark in 2013 with his most famous music album "Flirtish Babe", putting him on the list of India's top 10 emerging rappers in 2014.
