Foods

Food is what consumes people by maintaining their lives. The body needs nutrients, energy and water. All of this is found in food.

Organic nutrients are the following:

  • Proteins
  • Fat
  • Starches (carbohydrates)
  • Vitamins and minerals.

Protein, fat and carbohydrate produce body energy. It also grows the body that is in the digestive system (stomach) being spilled in their natural parts and incorporated into the structure of the body cells.

Food comes from the plants. Part of the demand also emerges directly from the environment without passing plants or animals mainly for salts. But food is not only the biological and psychological function of cultural and social issues as well. Every country has its own food and people are accustomed to eating foods and how to prepare their food.

Food should have all the parts needed by the body. One-component shortage will lead to malnutrition and various diseases. There are problems especially when children neglect the dietary diet. Often the mother-giving mothers are just concerned that the baby does not care. One can only be content with starch but protein shortages and vitamins bring malnutrition and cause infections and occur in childhood deficiency in the brain and body parts.

Also, there is a constant problem with some minerals shortages in a unique environment.

Food is also related to health as well as quantity or shortage. It is understandable that food shortages, such as hunger for a long time, weaken the body and health. But on the contrary the excess of food is also dangerous. In urban life and family who came out in severe poverty conditions of obesity since childhood has been a major problem. Exercise shortenes life and creates the body for many non-acne infections.
